A West Lothian police officer’s appearance on The Chase had viewers buzzing about her performance and one memorable detail.
West Lothian: A police officer named Joanne appeared on The Chase. She was on a team that aired on January 17. Unfortunately, her performance didn’t go as planned.
Joanne was the third contestant up. Her teammates had already banked £10,000. When she introduced herself, she mentioned her job and her black belt in judo.
She hoped to take her son to Diggerland if she won some cash. The cash builder round started well, with her answering two questions right. But then things took a turn.
Joanne struggled and ended up with just £2,000. When facing Paul Sinha, she had a chance to win big. She got the first question right, but then missed the next one.
Despite the ups and downs, her team was happy she brought their total to £12,000. Sadly, one teammate couldn’t make it to the final round.
In the end, Joanne only got two questions right. Paul caught them quickly, finishing with no mistakes. Viewers had mixed reactions, with one joking about her passing too much.
You can catch The Chase on STV and STV Player weekdays at 5pm.
