West Lothian: A quiet village is buzzing with concern after police locked down a street. It all started with a serious incident that caught everyone off guard.

Residents on Harburn Drive found themselves unable to access parts of their neighborhood. Police tape went up around a home and garden, creating a cordon that even reached a nearby car park.

One local, Marlyn Williamson, saw firefighters breaking into a house near Parkhead Primary School. She thought it was just a false alarm at first. But then, more police sirens filled the air, and she knew something was up.

Marlyn described how the police had taped off a house, a garden, and part of the street. By around 5:30 PM, the cordon had expanded to include more of the car park. She mentioned that no one was asked to leave their homes, but the police confirmed it was a serious incident.

A video from the scene showed police vehicles scattered around, with a fire engine also present. The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service was there to assist the police.

As of now, Police Scotland hasn’t commented on the situation, leaving everyone in the community wondering what really happened.
